Peeking closer, the torchlight illuminated the shape of a long dead corpse. Its body had wasted away, leaving only ancient scaly skin stretched over bones. Its arms were bandaged in a way that suggested mummification, though the job looked incomplete. The wretched thing looked so frail and exposed with its door destroyed. But rather than desecrate the place further, Butch resolved to move along and try to find his way out of this place.
...But just as he turns his back, an unearthly glow flickers to life in the empty sockets of the corpse. The motes of light move like pupils for nonexistant eyes, peering at the unsuspecting barbarian.
