Klonoa's movie was cancelled and he hasn't had a new game in over a decade.
Klonoa's got nothing left to do now. He's not even appearing in other games. I guess with his schedule being free, there's no reason for him to get up off the couch and go anywhere. He's just sitting, and relaxing.

Note: Another game Mr driller was added as well, and March of this year he was announced. So Klonoa could be soon, As much as I want a remake of 2 or having an English version of Heroes, I'd like to see a new game. The calendar is official Namco, there are multiple images on Reddit and other sites. It'll be awesome to see him back!
