Why a maybe?

Well Lyov isn't my character xD, im applying for him, hes an adoptable ^ ^

But IF I do get him im going to make a comic most definately

Lyov can control Darkness, but as he gets older he can control the weather, mainly the rain, thunder, lightning and snow, but he can control wind, sun and everything else as well ^ ^

The mark on his arm is a tribal tattoo, it symbolises the pride's warriors. But Lyov isn't a warriror ;)
