You can set up a folder on Google Drive (or any other file hosting site), upload the files there and make it public. But still, I always use Drive because is pretty simple, you just create a folder, right click on it>Share>Get Link and there it will give you the option to "Change to anyone with the link", so that anyone with said link can access that specific folder.
