I tried to translate what you said, I cant seem to find the right language. It looked Russian so I tried that first. That was not it. So I looked for other languages that use similar looking letters. Ukrainian did the best job but it still did not translate it fully, so that cant be quite right. I'm thinking it might be a Ukrainian dialect that is not found in standard translation programs.
