Because I needed to spice up her wardrobe a tiny bit. I tried to mimic the official art style (I tried doing that back in the team picture, but I couldn't focus enough to bother with mimicry), and I'd say it could be better, could be worse. Especially the shading, which I am subpar at to begin with. Also the colors could possibly use a bit of dilution but I digress.
