I laughed so hard when an acquaintance complained to me about this from the movie because it implies that Constantine was on bottom and I was just. "What part of a wink and statement of a previous relationship makes you think King Shark wasn't on bottom?" And he loosened up about it. *laughs* ^^;

Just saying if it had been Queen Shark he would have thought Constantine was on top.
