Blooper, but he is a good father
For some reason, I didn't know how a Muscle version of Blooper would be like, but after thinking more about it, it gave this result, so ok, what Bloopers originally don't have, are these black spots that I put in, because it refers to when it throws black paint on people (in Mario Kart for example), and well, that's what i can talk about the drawing itself
