Not an inaccurate title, though the more accurate "Delbin Paints Nestor's Feet" is too on the nose. ;)
Not sure how Delbin convinced the Artisan Leader to get in some stocks in the first place, much less let him tickle his feet. Maybe he didn't know he was ticklish and just decided to indulge Delbin cuz he thought he'd just paint an actual picture. I like to think Nestor is very very ticklish indeed, though. :P
Either way, make no mistake, Delbin will be punished once Nestor gets out of there.
