Biffidus, but he is a Master Soldier
wait...Biffidus? yeah, I didn't really know about the existance of the character until I saw it on the Super Mario Wiki, which is an Enemy of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, or Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey if you have the 3DS version, and well, I was thinking about doing a Muscle version of this little guy, and well, the most I can say, is that its based of the medieval soldiers, so, I Hope you like it!
