This is the second one of 
louphin's $5 comish. It is his character, I liek the pose :) And the scanner scanned it funny... Its too bright @.@ coloured with marker on cardstock. The way the scanner captured the mottleness made accidentally seems to end up giving it a bit of an underwater look I guess :)
