It seems like a fun game, it's just trying to work out how to build him/her powers out properly to make her as flash-like as possible with elements of using her sex appeal to get where she wants, probably with the attraction feature like your trans heroine. Just thought you'd like to know that your adding to my TTRPG addiction XD

indeed, gonna try a 1-2-1 sessions first with me as the GM and see how it goes, although I'm kinda confused about something: since I'm building basically a female flash, although for stuff like knetic control, how do I make it instead of a blast, make it something that happens on contact? thinking like the sheer speed she runs at enhances her attacks and stuff. Basically, how do I modify the powers since it seems to give them as options, but not entirely sure how to do it. And that sounds fun, only wish I could join in lol

One way of doing it are Alternate Powers purchased with the main power. Example: Super Speed 10 Ranks (costs 50 points), an alternate power under it costs 1 Point, but the alt. Power can only be used when not using the main power. The especial effect being using said super speed for this effect. such as Area Effect Autofire Selective Attack. Which in this case of 50 Points is a 10 Rank Attack that hits all selected targets within a 50ft burst with a Standard Attack action. Each 1 Point used to buy an Alternate power doesn't add to the Main Power total, it's just a power stunt a character has learned to do with the main power.

For yours I'd go the route of Strike as the alternate power for what your trying to do with the mighty feat perhaps added into the cost.

indeed also been thinking of how he transforms and I want it to be a combo of a red collar with a lightning bolt off the D-ring at the front and a pair of red stelleto high heels with silver base and thinking with going with either the alien angle where they are from a alien race that suped up women or men into super fast servants and thinking that he finds them among a wreck site in his back yard from a escaped servant and takes off her collar and heels and, being trans and slightly horny, decides to puts the collar on along with the heels, to which the collar locks permenantly onto his neck and he transforms into Red Shift/Streak; a buxom female that runs super fast in high heels. Either that or they are magic items from a power (and probably perverted) sorcerer to make the ultimate servant that could service him and do whatever he wanted at super high speeds and created this combo of items that when worn, turns whoever wears them into a super hot woman in a tight outfit that would serve him in any way he desired, although without a master, the collar and heels were passed around till maybe my character buys them on a online auction or something and puts them on to similiar results, what do you think?
