You come home from a long day at work, doing what you must do to survive and show your support to the Inquisition. Many don't approve of your choices, but what do you care?
All you want to do is drown away your sorrows with a nice bottle of wine.
As you walk further into your home, you realize your kitchen is dimly lit. Confused, you continue on, certain that you didn't leave the fire on before you left, freezing at the sight of a gorgeous man sitting within one of your chairs, a wine glass in his hand.
"Ah! You're finally home. I must say, your wine is quite delicious. Take a seat and have some with me, yes?"
You recognize the accent on this man. Tevinter? One of the Venatori, perhaps? You don't let your guard down, reaching for the sword on your belt, which the intruder notices with a smile.
"Oh, of course. Allow me to introduce myself: I am Kaine Valenti, a member of the Inquisition. I am here to personally recruit you, if you'd care to pack and move to Skyhold, that is."
Too good to be true, but a pleasant surprise nonetheless. He notices your eagerness with a grin, "Now come, let us enjoy this wine before we depart."
You're all too happy to agree.
