I created this pony thinking about Postmodern Jukebox (a music group on Youtube that signs in this vintage style!)
Velvet Love is a pony that loves everything and she is very vocal about it. She gets easily excited about everything and everpony. She doesn't love herself though and maybe that's because she is quite insecure about her looks, voice, performances etc.
She is quite a singer though and acts completely different on stage, like a true Diva. Her voice is really smooth like a velvet, only to get more raspy singing the low notes. She is not very popular because her concerts are quite retro but still she loves performing.
