Would you look at that, a new character, yet again. This time, I thought I should use a Pokemon from the Sinnoh region that isn't used too much in the PCA. So in the end, my new character became a Vespiquen.
I'm very proud of her design. ^_^

Roxy was born in Saffron City and is the youngest in her familly with two older sisters and an older brother. As a child, she wasn't the one that would be bullied and beaten up by other kids. She bullied others. As a result of this, she did get in lots of trouble and got no friends. That was until she met Aries Charms, which became her best friend and personal rival. As Roxy grows up, her aggressive behavior starts to disappear and she becomes much friendlier. Together with Aries, she joined the Poke Combat Academy and became a member of Team Mountain Peaks.

At first, Roxy can be seen as a bully, but if you get to talk to her, you'll see she's actually become very kind and a bit shy. She is often seen shopping for new jackets, belts and gloves. She is also afraid of needles. When she battles, she uses her own special kind of strategies that varies from each time, but her main option in battle is her Gust and Captivate moves.
