As dusk began to come upon the land and twilight reered its head, the sound of engines revving and propellors whipping at the open air. A gleam comes off of a fair sized mech as it slowly decends into the cragged earth, steam pouring out from its arms.
With a soft landing, the hunk of metal and tubes came to rest. The pilot, a purple, slithering reptile sporting a pair of goggles with a deep grayish color and green highlights slinks free from a hatch in the bottom. Her eyes scan over the mech, the snake pulling a cloth from inside the hatch before flicking it shut with her tail.
Her eyes stared at the large steam machine, tail taking the cloth and polishing over the form of the machine. A smug smile coming to her face as she saw overhead. Smoke and fire plagued the brilliant golden sky, the sun highlighting the destructive result of an assault.
Streaks of white replaced the sky's absent clouds, a trail of subtle flames hidden amongst the smoke. A gleam of light sparked off at the end of the trails, only for the sound of a distant explosion to follow.
One of the mighty ships of the Air Armada carreened towards the rugged earth. Elliana, the aggressor, watching behind her large silver and tan bot as the once mighty piece of machinery was brought down by a mere, flightless, no-limbed earth dweller.
A shockwave errupts over the land, only for a burst of fire and a pillar of smoke to accompany it. Elliana would merely chuckle in response, watching the once brilliant sky of yellow and orange be filled with a dreary, yet more beautiful black.
Her voice echos through the air, subtle, yet powerful. "You went down quicker than my dreams. Hmhm~"
