The last of the 4 commonly used characters of mine is now an official ref and it's yours truly thanks to chub-united once again!
So allow me to explain who Arnoch is after all this time. Arnoch is the son of Giratina, the Legendary Pokemon of the Reverse World, but not many know that fact about him unless he tells people directly. Despite that, Arnoch came out to be a man brimming with courage, happiness, and a massive appetite unlike no other Umbreon he has met. For 5 years after his birth, his mother and his father, another Umbreon named Heller Sleiper, managed to raise the once small Eevee enough so that he may go out into the normal world and learn on his own. His parents did this to ensure that people will be used to their son when he eventually grows up. Arnoch had to learn things the hard way in order to survive in the world, but he managed to learn how to track down fruits and berries for himself, leading to bushes and trees being eaten dry by his gluttonous rampage thanks to his appetite. That appetite, by the way, is mainly due to his mother's Ghost and Dragon typings being somewhat noticeable in him. And although he lived a happy life of eating by himself for about a year, he experienced fear in the form of being nearly eaten and digested alive by another Pokemon, one he doesn't remember very well. He only managed to escape by having his body become a ghost of its own, which lead to him to discover his ghostly attributes.
It was only after 2 more years that Arnoch would meet someone that would guide him well into young adulthood: Soul Fuxion. He and Soul met after the Eevee managed to gather many berries for a great feast and although the two seemed hostile with each other at first over the food, the two were quick to settle down and devour the large pile together. From then on, Soul was more like an older brother to Arnoch as the two spent a lot of time together. It was a great learning experience for Arnoch as he even learned how to hunt a little bit despite not being the type to go hunting for other Pokemon. And it wasn't until he was 13 that the pair ended up meeting another friend that Arnoch liked to treat as a little brother despite his age being the same as Soul's. That friend was Justin, a human that woke up as a Midnight Lycanroc and was scared of the new world he was unfamiliar with. The pair did their best to teach Justin the world he was in and treat him with respect. Arnoch took a big liking to Justin as he picked up on Amber's cooking skills and would often make something for his 'Roc friend to eat.
Today, Arnoch has gained a far better understanding of the world he now lives in and decided to make it his mission to explore it for not just the food he loves, but to see new sights and wonders that he wouldn't know about yet. Thanks to his friends, he has the courage and powers to make it come true. Speaking of his powers, Arnoch has several that he gained during the course of his life including more of his mother's attributes. He can summon arms made of shadows or tentacles, he can shift his body between a quadruped and biped forms similar to how his mother can shift between Altered and Origin forms when entering in and out of the Reverse World(Only that he has no restrictions to these changes), and plenty more that he needs to hone for himself.

Interests: Going out to explore unknown places, eating copious amounts of food, learning more about how food is created, feeding others that feel like they need a good meal, and trying out his powers in fun or creative ways.
Disinterests: Being eaten alive, being hungry(More often than you might think), having his time spent traveling suddenly cut short, and being left alone for too long.

Arnoch is so adorable, and Chub-United did an amazing job drawing this! I love those 3 faces on the right-side - confident, relaxed and surprised - as they perfectly reflect the bold spirit and curiosity you say he has in his description.
What would be an appropriate scenario (Possibly accompanied by dialogue from the fat umbreon) for him to make each expression?

That's an interesting question. The expressions are a bit different, though, from what I got. The top one is meant to be him smiling happy, like he just saw a good friend once more. The middle expression is meant to be when he sees something delicious to eat. An expression of hunger, to be specific. And the last face he makes is when he gets amazed by something he didn't know about.
