Vital- a little vessel that discovered the lifeblood cavern in the abyss. They fell in love with the stuff and go around looking for the cocoons

Enid- She is an ant that was a part of a soul sanctum experiment. Her abdomen is filled with soul and she births out tiny little soul ants that like to act as lights
(She was kidnapped by the sanctum and promised a way to live through the infection, but was not told it would involve sacrificing her children to collect soul. After the experiment she forgot about willingly participating and struggled as her children were taken away. She has a connection to all of them through an altered hivemind that let's her feel if they are alive/how they are emotionally/where they are. Because of the terrible experiences at the sanctum, she occasionally scouts out the city for a better home for her colony. She's also learned how to use spells to defend her children)
