The milites lucilinburhuc (www.lucilinburhuc.tk) is a professional re-enactment group so we attach great importance to the most possible accurate replicas. The gameson is made from Skelmir (a german craftsmen) i have done just the finish and the two triangles on the sides (the other colored leather).
I can honestly appreciate how much work went into that. After sewing up a dress and Leine for Renfairs (Neither of which I'll ever be putting up on FA due to my ban on RL pics or things I make) I could never imagine sewing anything like that. Very impressive, and part of a wonderful outfit
