The new behavior chart that Caiden's parents implemented seemed to have a positive effect on their youngest over the last few weeks. He was generally well behaved over that time and never got past the "Time-out" phase of the chart. Even his potty training was going pretty well. He was wearing training pants and he knew he would lose that privilege if he acted up. Everyone has their bad day though and Caiden is not immune to that. After a temper tantrum at the store, sneaking sweets before dinner, refusing to eat his veggies at dinner, and fibbing about eating all his veggies after serving his time out Caiden found himself in the red "Spanking and Back to Diapers" section of his behavior chart. His father calmly took Caiden to his room, removed Caiden's training pants, and spanked his son's bare bottom red. The tot was then put back into diapers until the end of the next day. Luckily the chart resets at the beginning of everyday and he can try again tomorrow.
