Rather enjoying the character concept and I had experimented with the concept as a character in Mutants and Masterminds, so I tried my hand at creating a character sheet for Captain Caboose. (It might be totally wrong)

So when the character changes they are stuck as Captain Caboose for 6 hours, Complications would also include an accidental change feature, where some outside influence might force him into his heroic persona.

Other complications could also include not always being aware of what the good captain is doing all the time when she is in control but at least with her mind control powers...she can generally get people into a hypnotic trance to forget she transformed in front of them....but then when he changed back, he has to explain why he 'disappeared' or 'ran off' …. triply so, if it was at an important meeting.

As an accountant, I wonder how many of his clients are actually Mob figures?
