A mother's day gift for my wonderful mom.

She knows that I'm heavily into the furry fandom and is very caring and supportive, so I decided to have her anthropomorphized for a personalized artwork. I asked her what animal she would be if she could be an animal, and after giving it some thought settled on "a bird, because I'd like to fly" and when I asked if there was any specific kind of bird she'd want to be, she came up with dove. It does represent her perfectly, as she is very into peace and Christian faith.

To help identify her further, I had her wear a green ribbon to represent Cerebral Palsy awareness. IRL my youngest brother has had cerebral palsy since birth, and my mother and I are his primary caretakers. Largely because of him, she's become largely involved in helping those with cerebral palsy and other mental handicaps over the past couple decades, and among other things she puts together special Easter and Christmas church services for special needs individuals and their families each year.
