★ You will be given 24 hours to reply back to me and pay. After that time period has passed without an answer or payment, the adopt will go back up for others to buy and you will be banned from my adopts for falsely claiming. If an accident happened where you could not answer in time or can't pay, the ban will be lifted.

★ If I don't reply to you within 24 hours don't worry, this doesn't count toward the time and I will get to you ASAP, but this is SUPER RARE that I wait that long!

★ I will ask you for details when you claim the adopt, please note me your Paypal address so I can send you an invoice on Paypal. I will not take payment any other way!

★ Premade adopts will not be allowed to have refunds due to theft. Before adopting make sure you DO want it before even committing to claim.

★ Once you've bought the adopt I can not control what you do with it, but please I prefer you not to use it in sexist, racist, pedophilic, or homophobic/transphobic artwork. I'm perfectly ok with my designs being bought then used in fetish art, go crazy, but please don't use it in OFFENSIVE or ILLEGAL content.

★ Backstories and redesigns are up to you. Please do not ask me to edit the design as I will decline due to the artwork layers already being combined.

★ Feel free to change anything on the character, species, weight, gender, etc!

★ You may resell the design for whatever you want, I can't forbid you from doing so. Just don't buy my designs just to sell for higher prices, please.

★ Scalping and Sniping my designs are not allowed. Both will get you banned from my adopts and auctions as its unfair for others who wants to fairly receive adopts from me.

★ You must credit me for the design when you first post it, and if you don't I will note you too. Once the first post is made with the credit, you no longer need to keep crediting me. If you upload the design on toyhou.se/ please credit me, my tag is MafiaFreakshow.

★ If you reupload my art of the adopt, PLEASE credit me. I will not tolerate theft and will ban you from anymore adopts and point this out publicly if you claim the art as your own.
