Personally, I'm always going to be fond of micro scenarios that take what are very mundane scenarios one normally doesn't think about at normal size (Opening doors, getting ready for bed, working, running errands, etc.) and apply them as a challenge for someone who is shrunk down/normally very small. Not the most original idea, but I've always liked it.
I also have a soft spot for cuddly, affectionate scenarios between a micro and a normal/large-sized person. But I like that even regardless of size being involved, heh.
