A lovely refreshing new recipe from ~ !

Dressing

1 c orange pineapple juice ( i used concentrate and used 2 cans water instead of 3)
3 c blended or salad oil
1/4 c honey (or your choice of sweetener)
1/2 t of ground cloves cinnimon and nutmeg
1 thumb or teaspoon of fresh ginger
Makes 1 quart + a little extra

Salad

Mixed greens
Diced pear ( i used canned but if you can do a poached pear i recommend that)
Candied walnuts
Mixed greens

Serve cold and fresh preferably!
