He's basically a fusion of Hanna Barbara Godzilla, Marvel Godzilla, and the Legendary Godzilla
Earth 20052 Godzilla
Height: 125 meters
Length: 150 meters
Weight: 95,984 tons
Bio: Awoken from a nuclear bomb tests in the 1950s Godzilla was an ancient life form from the Permian period, having survived various extinction events by consuming geothermal radiation in a hibernation-like state at the bottom of the sea. He would've retreated to the ocean depths as the Earth's surface radiation levels declined, instead feeding on the planet's natural geothermal radiation. Godzilla remained dormant underwater for hundreds of millions of years, appearing occasionally at various points in human history, inspiring the mythologies of several cultures.
Many years later he would've resurfaced which would've gotten the attention of S.H.I.E.L.D. Through his rampages, he would've come across The astonishing size-shifting couple Giant-Man/Ant-Man (Peter Parker) and Giant-Woman/Wasp (Mary Jane Watson) and would've fought on several occasions. At one point a terrible Monster known as the Power Dragon would appear prompting Giant-Man and Giant-Woman to team up with Godzilla to fight the beast off and drive him off of the planet. The two and Godzilla would've had newfound respect towards one another. Godzilla would've found a home on Monster Island keeping most of the other Monsters their at bay Mary Jane would go to Monster Island to have some friendly sparring matches with the Monster King to improve her strength and fighting skills.
Even teaming up when the mole men sent an army of monsters to try and attack Godzilla.
Powers/Abilities:
Atomic Breath: Able to expel a deadly blue nuclear blast from his mouth. The blast is powerful enough to create large-scale explosions, destroy cities, and set entire forests ablaze.
Laser Beam Eyes: Can shoot red laser beams out of his eyes in addition to breathing atomic breath.
Durability: Godzilla has, on numerous occasions, been the subject of military assault using all manner of man-made ballistic weapons and WMDs, none of which are reported as having been effective.
Healing factor: Godzilla can regenerate wounds at an extremely fast pace.
Amphibiousness: Godzilla has an amphibious lifestyle, and is as adept a fighter underwater as he is on land. He engages opponents in the sea on multiple occasions.
Physical Strength: can pick up 100,000 tons with ease, and was strong enough to match Thor.
Intelligence: has demonstrated intelligence capable of knowing who is either friend or foe to outsmarting members of S.H.I.E.L.D.
