Zaps grew Up in a Town town by the mountains of Heaven's Range
In his younger years, he grew to kind of idolize the cherubs, the order that "organized peace" within the country. At this point, he decided that when he was old enough, he'd join them.
He trained his body almost religiously, and would later drop everything in his life to achieve that dream.
By the time he was a year into working with this group though, he learned that the ways to keep "peace" weren't suited for him, and left the organization
but in that moment he had no where to go, nothing to work towards
he roamed the streets, eventually leaving town and trying to survive on the streets and in the wilderness, but could barely sustain himself even then
that's when Camelle came to him, and offered him a new home, despite him not feeling like he did anything to earn it
due to this kind gesture, Zaps decided that he was indebt to Camelle, and stayed by her side to help her run Hotel Camelle
