BIO: Raymond Chauve is a scientist who was working on a remote-powered beachball that can be inflated with the press of a button. However, the complications between Raymond and his fellow scientist has gone out of control when he builds his own arsenal based on beachballs and adopts the supervillain codename 'Beachball'. After that, he escapes to Los Angeles in an attempt to steal a newly discovered gem, until Mighty Mutt and Psycho Hound came to stop him, but he had the upper hand as he uses his beachball gun to put Psycho Hound in a beachball and his wrist crossbow to turn Mighty Mutt into a walking beachball, making the hero unable to move. Beachball thought he got away completely with the gem, but Psycho Hound came up with an idea. She chased him while still trapped in a beachball, just like a hamster running inside a hamster ball, and captured the villain by wrapping him with a lamp post using her telekinetic powers. Beachball was arrested by the LAPD after Psycho Hound and Mighty Mutt thwarted his scheme, but that doesn't mean they saw or heard the last from him.
