The beauty of a superhero world that works on soft rules (more like marvel and DC and less strict like MHA) is the fact that you can put WHATEVER you want into it and it can happen. So of course I thought of an underwater adventure scenario and OF COURSE I don't like giving my creations tools to breathe underwater, you just get a whole ass transformation.
