You had just placed your land plot in order to have someone move in.. it was a lot of bells, 10,000? Nook is absolutely crazy to think that Nook Miles are a good tradeoff for paying for the plot you placed. But the next day you logged in, it had said that it was taken, but much to your dismay, when you looked up the name on the billboard, it had stated that that villager didn't exist? Maybe research won't tell you if that one is cute or undesirable, but you'd never know until the next day or so.. odd. A few days of waiting.. and you log in, to see whom it may be.. but they're not inside their home? Where are they? Maybe atop the hills.. no? In the flowers? Nope.. Maybe near the others' houses, possibly Skye or Whitney, maybe even Raymond... nada. You were about to give up, but across the log bridge you plopped on the river you spotted a figure.. and rushing over, you see a fox chasing a butterfly.. A Paperkite Butterfly! And talking to them, you learn it is Fray, and they're ecstatic to be on your island. Very friendly and polite, they even give you a gift, a Gold Nugget!
This was a gift and a lovely surprise for me.. and I am very much happy. I love playing my Animal Crossing: New Horizons a TON, and to see myself as a villager.. AAAA! >3< <3 Thank you so so much,
