I would rather join The Minutemen than The Institute, because they did some very disturbing things. There is an ending in fallout 4 called The Definitive Minutemen Ending, where all 3 factions survive. The Minutemen, The Brotherhood Of Steel, and The Railroad. Just go to youtube and look it up. If you already got this ending then good for you.
