Stargazing with Friends (Commission/Gift)
With the night only beginning, Fray was the first to lay down in the field after padding along for quite a bit of time, tails swishing to and fro as he grumbled to himself.. it had been quite a trek to get here, away from all of the trees that would've blocked the view of the sky tonight, but he deemed it was neccessary for what he had planned. But a quick glance up at the lovely night, and he knew he made the right choice to come here! After settling down in the soft grass and getting comfortable, he took a quick glance up once more to the sky to admire the view. His ears swivel though, and gaze shifted to his right, where that fluffball of a shiny Zorua settled down along his pelt, giving him that familiar goofy grin like he always did. DJ was his name, and Fray had known them for quite some time, always staying by his side when the Vulpix was down, and helping out where they could. It was one Zorua that could be trusted. A brief nuzzle is given to their cheek, before he felt his pelt rubbed a different way.. and a peek to the left gave him a sight of a toothy little grin! The purple, lighter colored Zorua had chosen to lay against him as well, and seemed quite pleased to have been able to tag along for tonight. Jirou, and a wonderful Zorua he was as well. Occassionally the popped into Fray's den, causing a bit of ruckus in order to awaken the snoozing Vulpix, but once Fray did awaken, those two would rough house and play till their hearts content, giggling and rolling all about! But there's still another one missing.. a fluffy white one somewhere.. and delayed as ever, he felt the smaller Zorua climb upon his back, to perch atop of him and let out a cheerful yip: Zero. This one usually slept in Fray's den, and the two always looked out for one another, foraged together, and at night would oftentimes curl up together in the same nest to snooze. He trusted Zero with his life, and at times had it saved thanks to the mischevious Zorua's antics, and he felt quite attached to him.. all of them no less~ Tonight, as the four gazes up into the sky, was a night to stargaze. And the night sky was clear, giving the four foxes a lovely sight of the wisps of light twinkling, with the occassional shooting star. Fray of course made his wishes at those times.. that these times would never end~
