I made a Chinese stir fry :). I love making Asian foods. This turned out really really successful. :).
Ingredients
4 chicken filéts
100 grams of noodles
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup Baby corns
1 cup Sugar snap peas
1 cup diced Red Onion
1 cup sliced Carrots
Oyster and Spring Onion Stir fry Sauce
Soy sauce
Teriyaki spice/seasoning
Chili flakes
How to:
1. Boil the noodles until soft. Slice the mushrooms.
2. Add a tiny splash of oil to a wok, once hard add the chicken and season it with teriyaki spice and chili flakes of your own choice.
3. Once properly fried through, add the sliced mushroom and vegetables. Mix it around. Add the noodles to the wok and mix it around as well.
4. Splash some soysauce into it and add the stirfry sauce. Mix it around properly until the sauce have been properly spread around.
5. Serve!
