Personality: Hegika is sweet but oblivious. He's often distracted easily and has a habbit of wondering off even if he's in the middle of a conversation. Hegika often finds plain objects devoid color or patterns of any kind very boring and will leave an item of verying importance behind or loses them easily as he unintentionally ignores them. After his scales were stained he's grown to be happier and a lot more vain than before.
Bio: Hegika lives in a small village of other dragons and works as an artist's assistant. His scales were originally completely white along with plain old black horns. Since he never bothered to look at himself for extended times in the mirror he never really thought about his appearance nor did he ever put much effort in caring for himself beyond normal hygiene maintenance.
His boss approached him one day with a rather weird request, he wanted to paint on Hegika's body because it was, as he put it, "a plain canvas ready to be painted." Hegika agreed right away as long as he didn't end up like one of his boss's paint pallets to which his boss agreed. He allowed his boss to paint several designs for months along his body, none of them never holding his attention for very long until his boss painted his scales to make him look like a Koi fish. Hegika found the design so appealing he asked his boss if he could keep it that way. His boss agreed as other dragons often younger ones came to him to be painted after seeing Hegika wearing the paints until he washed it off at the end of the day.
Hegika got his plain white scales permanently stained in the design his boss had made for him originally for him along with a heart on his chest to signify his love for his new look and is said to be much happier and vain than he was before.
