Cheil's more combat-centric outfit for her duties as a guardian monk. I admit I have a thing for the "skirts over pants" look (ironic, considering all the bottomless pics in my gallery).

And while the prop above is featured in all of Cheil's references, I'll finally go into it here. Her order guards magical artifacts, but their methodology depends on the artifact in question. Some are locked in a vault (or even an extradimensional vault that perpetually exists several seconds in the future). Others are kept in the personal care of their guards.

In Cheil's case, she guards the Staff of the Moonbridge, an object that bridges any two surfaces touched by the light of the same moon. And yes, speedy things that go in do come out still speedy.
