From Russia With Lust--Class Menagerie drafts
I had always wanted to do a Class Menagerie reboot gag for April Fools, and due to the job, have never had the time.
But this IS real.
Part of the reason From Russia With Lust has taken so long is that Dev has expanded the concept significantly, and the CM cast will be revisited as...well, not full roles, but definitely more than cameos.
On a whim, I doodled up some drafts (may be subject to change) of how the cast looks now--we're still hashing out exactly how long it's been between the CM and i.s.o.
Kevin has founded Nekohashi Heavy Industries (robotics, of course) in Japan, and is pictured with his two assistants. The big guy looks like the bodyguard, but is mostly a distraction (and is Kevin's administrative assistant)...the REAL bodyguard duties are handled by the deceptively cute jackrabbit, who looks like the secretary.
Brad is still in Texas as a very overworked lawyer.
Tony and Cindy have been engaged awhile and are living in England on Cindy's grandmother's estate. Tony is a sports therapist attached to a rugby team, while Cindy is a chemist working with Mikey.
Lisa and Damon are happily married with two kids; he's still commissioned with the military, and she works on base as a trauma psychologist.
Mikey has founded a insecticide company (again, working with Cindy), though obviously that's just a fraction of his time spent.
You've already seen Biff cameo'd in i.s.o., and he's pretty much the same. Dani and Scott are TBD and aren't featured here yet (Dani did have a bit in From Russia With Lust which was preliminary but still canon.
And...........the other two silhouettes are not fully going to be revealed yet, but they are related to Vlad/Giorgiy's storyline.
Again, I was just doodling for fun. More to come!

Kevin's job is perfect, and it's super awesome how his assistants subvert gender expectations (at first I thought the jackrabbit was that one girl who kept hitting Tony when he played football - forgot her name at the moment - but thankfully she's not, apparently).
Poor Brad. He just can't seem to catch a break, but I hope he was able to make the difference he wanted to make?
YAAAAY! Tony and Cindy are finally engaged! Hm, though you say they've been engaged for a while... I know they're slow (took Tony two years to ask Cindy out... I was planning in my own fanfic to have a recurring gag that the group gives them a hard time about it), but I hope they don't wait too long. Tony's job suits him perfectly, and Cindy looks so cute as hot scientist. ;3
This is exactly the outcome I wanted for Lisa and Damon: still happily married with kids, him still in the military, although originally I imagined Lisa become a children's book author, I think helping trauma victims suits her MUCH better.
Mikey's new outfit looks DAMN sexy... plus I love the goatee... Roger would have a very hard time keeping his paws off the roo. ...and I just imagined Mikey going off on another one of his self-righteous spiels and everyone is rolling their eyes and ignoring him... except Roger, who's been staring avidly and suddenly shouts, "Mikey, please stop! I can only get so hard!" Cue everybody else, including Mikey, going "Bruh." ROFL! Although curious, does Mikey live in England now too?
Ah yes, Biff is still just bumming around campus, I recall you said Dani works as security (I still hope that's partially because she couldn't find work anywhere else cuz I'm mean ), though I'd still like it if Scott became an underwear model who still keeps up with his passion for mathematics.

Oh no, they've been engaged for more than 2 years? That's usually a bad sign... but then again, this *is* Tony and Cindy, the "snail-pace couple." xD And hey, I agree, there's something about those hot bookish types. I saw a clip of the Wonder Woman movie where she puts on a pair of glasses, and DANG she was beautiful. :D
And they deserve it. x3 Are their kids twins? Or just real close in age/size?

Y'know... in my own fanfic, I was considering having things not work out with Kevin and Denise (it had to do with her wanting kids and him obviously not). Which, through a series of changes going on in the characters' lives (ie, Tony and Cindy moving in together), led to Kevin moving in with Mikey and Roger (the only other option was Scott and Biff, and I'm certain Kevin would view Mikey as a "lesser evil" to Biff ).
HAH! I got it right! Woohoo! ;D But that does remind me of another detail I had in mind for my story: there'd be a running joke that Kevin obviously misses Brad, in that the housecat repeatedly says, "I have to tell Brad about this!" and calls/emails him about every important plot development. Denise at some point would have joked that she was "a little jealous." xD

This fills me with tremendous excitement! Amidst these dark times, getting to revisit this world with a new story and having new and old characters come together and interact with your trademark humor and zaniness is something I very much look forward to!

Oh, dude, this is pretty cool to see the CM folks all growner up, or most of them anyway. Seems that all this bunch has made something of themselves, with whatever ups and down it has, like poor Brad. Lisa and Damon are my absolute favorites to see how they're doing, they're such a cute couple and parents with cute kids.
I do remember Biff having some cameos here and there, having gotten a haircut and stuff, but I don't understand his being "pretty much the same", since that doesn't tell us much, and the cameos made it look like he hadn't aged much at all and was still in college, whereas these guys are all now anywhere between late 20's to early 30's at least. As for Dani and Scott, can't even picture what they're like now, I don't remember them getting much, if any development at all. And well, kinda hoping Dani's not achieved her dreams (whatever they were and is stuck in a ob she hates, since she's one of some of your characters who never got hit by karma for all the nasty crap they pulled and always got away with proverbial murder, so I dunno, I'd rather enjoy seeing some schadenfreude. XD

Kevin's become a certifiable James Bond villain-cool! ;) I can definitely see Brad as a lawyer with the EPA or Defenders of Wildlife or some such organization, seeing what an outdoors lover he is. AND STILL DRINKING TOO MUCH COFFEE. Interesting choice for Tony and Cindy, it makes sense. Mikey founding an insecticide company. Obviously his phobia has not abated over the years. Lets hope it's environmentally friendly! Lisa and Damon are the same doggos, with two derp pups of their own, sweet! FUNNESS!!!! :)
