Seconded man. If the harassment has gotten this bad from a specific individual than it's time to talk to law enforcement. They don't only care about local crimes, especially if there is a long history like there is here. Talk to them, get a restraining order showing his history of consistent harassment and attempts to get around you blocking him, then if he continues talk to the cops and have him arrested for violating the restraining order.

If nothing else having an actual police report may be enough to get this asshole to back down since until now it's been nothing but you giving him attention, which is what he craves.

Cancelling your own creations and quitting furry art because of this cunt is a massive overstep, and getting in contact with police to establish a restraining order and numerous cease and desist suits against him is the way to go. Let the proper powers take care of the problem and do not interact. Unfortunately - I'm not sure where lapinbeau or this asshat live - if they're both in the US lawsuits aren't really a tenable option. Here in the UK at least, we have a rule where the loser, whether that's the plaintiff or the defendant, pays the legal fees of both sides, but in the US, each side has to cover their own legal costs - which means even if you win a lawsuit, you could be on the hook for hundreds of thousands of dollars.

In your legitimate anger, fear and disgust, please do not mix things up - I don't mean that for us but for yourself, because that will definately prevent you from enjoying the good parts of it.

I feel extremely sorry for you anyway, having your pleasure and creations destroyed because of a single individual is absolutely terrible (I already saw your first journal about it a couple years ago), I don't know how this guy could be put into the therapy he absolutely needs, apart from a legal issue... In the meantime, I would recommend YOU to also get advices, so you can manage this situation. That is, consult some sort of coach who will show you how to let things go, to help you prevent this guy's problem becoming yours. There is no reason your pleasure should be destroyed because of some very stupid events (I do NOT mean they are not serious by the way!). As always I would recommend the study of buddhist philosohy (not the religious part) if you dare to have a look, it is full of real wisdom and gives you a much more detached attention to life. Helps a lot enjoying it despite all the shit that surrounds it.

I know I haven't experienced anywhere near this level of harassment that Beau got, but I can tell you from the online bullying I have had (on Livejournal, on Telegram, in games, etc.) I always fight back, I don't sacrifice my artistic integrity or enjoyment of activities for anyone, let alone an obsessed fanboy. The only people that win from that are detractors, and both you and your fans lose many times over.
From what I've seen and read over the years, this was mostly a fanboy using one of his characters without permission in various kinky fan art, something most established artists report to FA, maybe file a DMCA order at most, then forget about. I honestly wonder if Beau had taken that route if this would've fizzled out peacefully as I have seen it do with other cases (like people making Sabrina Online or Zig Zag fanart without permission, the artists found out, expressed their disapproval in the comments, and maybe filed a ticket, problem solved.) I think that because Beau reacted with callout journals, taking art down, panicking during art streams when he came in, sending furious notes, and other public denouncements, it only spurred on more activity from the stalker to "try and fix things" like buying Beau stuff on Amazon. It's become fairly obvious the e-stalker either can't or won't comprehend normal social boundaries, and probably doesn't even know they're coming off as malicious and obsessive when they do what they're doing. Probably in this guy's mind there's some fantasy that Beau will see the newer fanart and gifts and think "Hey this really is my #1 fan, I've been wrong all along!" and forgive him, with everything becoming water under the bridge. When he only gets more negativity, callouts and bans he dusts himself off and thinks of some other avenue to take. It would be funny if it weren't so sad.
I'm not going to blame you though Beau, I'm sure this has been a recurring nightmare for you and I'm sorry you've had so much emotional turmoil from one fanboy. But I rather agree with the comments saying that permanently ceasing all furry commissions isn't going to fix anything, and it's only going to hurt your art and punish fans that had nothing to do with this asshole.

You are right about this point indeed: by reacting this way, Beau just somehow gave his stalker a grip he never should be aware of.
It's a reaction that's completely understandable and I would have probably had myself, but it's absolutely not what should be done. This is why I said Beau should himself see a specialist of these kind of things, to be able to fight back the right way, not by indirectly giving this guy even more power.

Okay, I only skimmed the journal, but my impression is that this is 100% something that you can take legal action about. Like, sue for theft of intellectual property, and/or get the police involved. I would strongly suggest that you do that.
