vent art? really sinden?

being at the clinic opened my eyes for a few subjects. Just today I realized something quite heavy regarding my family, and the violation and/or disregard of my boundaries, the way i am kept from fully developing myself. you didn't have to do these things to me, yet you did.

i just dont understand what i did to be treated like this.
