Day one of my attempt to get back into practice while also learning to use a dip pen. I'd like to get all 100 pages filled with pen and ink drawings by the time Inktober rolls around.

I enjoy drawing with dip pens despite the fact that you can't erase your mistakes and a single smudge or drop of ink can easily ruin an hour of work. It forces me to own my mistakes and move on. Failure is part of the learning process, and the faster I learn to accept that the better.
