A few weeks back, my friend
_tyrannozilla was having some fun drawing or pushing friends to draw their characters as straight up existing dinosaurs with no magic or anything like it. I admitted I have a strikingly small amount of knowledge on dinosaurs, which started an hour long lecture on dinosaurs and those that match BLK, and a silly sketch later. Apparently BLK is an Edmontosaur (didn't know that existed). Alan was easier as a veloceraptor (the little real ones, not the fake Jurassic Park ones). I was initially thinking of the spitting dino from Jurassic park, but was sad to find out they don't exist.
Question time! I'm still without much Dino knowledge. Which dinos do you find interesting and why?

Just to clarify... Dilophosaurus actually existed, but it was not the Spitter we know of from Jurassic Park. Also, being the medium-sized double-crested killer it is, it's my favorite meat-eating theropod just because of it's big double crests. Too bad it was butchered by the Jurassic Park movie, but at least Dennis Nedry got what he deserved for stealing the dinosaur embryos. I think it should have been closer to the novel version than what we got. I personally never read the novel, but heard things about it, but I definitely watched all of the movies.
But there's one piece of media that did not butcher it at all... And that was Discovery Channel's When Dinosaurs Roamed America!

Yeah, I was quickly corrected when I mentioned them as a candidate for Alan. Looked neat in the movie though. I'll see about the documentary. I'll need to see where I can get it as I have no linear TV service, and no Netflix. Okay, let's be honest, I jsut don't watch TV.
