Older editions of D&D included a Legends and Lore Book that made the Greek (and many other pantheons) canon in the D&D universes, specifically the pre-Planescape versions of the outer planes (1st and early 2nd editions). The book is still around if you dig for it. Angry-Golem Games has done a series of 5e updates to make them viable in the newer versions if you poke around for them.
