This was a piece I made after a huge thing that happened with a past client that goes by the names Ten No Doitsu/Fluer The Shark/Fluer The Black-Tipped Shark/The Ciel Clan, he attempted to scam me by expecting to get a FULL refund PLUS materials even before a refund option was discussed about on the project at hand. This guy also seems to have an affiliation with minors, is highly sexual, and has some worrisome behaviors.
