yup, I have spended some time in earth, I've seen many cartoons, some of them are french and I can assure you the best French one is "Piff et Hercules" or "Spiff & Hercules" as was known in USA and UK (maybe the second is Oggy and the croackhes)
when he was called, an anthena grew from the neck of the bear and he was comunicated with his head officer, later when I started to like the mind control stuffs, I tried to imagine he was mind controlled as an enforcer, but sometimes I failed because the latin american (actually mexican) dub of that cartoon was epic
