I like the subtle sepia toning and the haircut, however the fist appears somewhat awkward.

Hands are a pain. I thankfully side-stepped that, I has wings! Haha.
Don't worry, you'll get better with a little practice. A suggestion? The muscle below the pinky finger should be more prominent. Perhaps that muscle on the hand should partially obscure the fingers..?
Just have a look at your own hands, and once you've got those down right, you can work on making them a little more animalistic or paw-like.

Yeah... used to study some anatomy too XD but those won't help much... when it comes to drawing!

Guess that's why there's this book called... Anatomy for the Artists!
Beautiful photos and references in there... that's a great book!
But yeah... kinda left that in Taiwan at the moment XD
since that book is too heavy to be carried here in Australia x.x;;
