Trying out Paint Tool Sai. I have no clue what I'm doing. Nightshade looks equally confused!

Is this seriously the drawing tool everybody's been raving about? I'm late to the party :P

Heh, heh. Needs some more practice with Sai, don't cha? No worries, just get down Inking Layers and Normal Layers and the proper use of them and you'll be fine.

It's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's more reliable than oC (of any version) and more art-freindly than photoshop (rather good brush emulation)

Oh but it's sooo easy once you get the hang of it! If you need any tricks of the trade, feel free to ask! (I'm not the best artist, but I know how to work a little bit of SAI)

Yeah, I tried out Sai awhile back, too, but didn't really see what all the buzz was about. It doesn't appear to be any more powerful or useful than PhotoShop CS so I haven't used it since.
