Originally posted to my old account in October of 2017, after I saw the new My Little Pony Movie when it was released into theaters I realized I hadn't had the chance to give my own Ponysona any love since I created her in 2013, so I felt it was time to change that! Meet Jackie Latern! Jackie is a distant cousin of Apple Jack's and works on a pumpkin farm specializing in Nightmare Night activities and treats! She is especially well known for her haunted hay rides (which draw crowds from all over Equestria) and her knack for making excellent pumpkin pies and candy corn! :D Although she is an Alicorn/pegacorn she is actually very down to Earth and rarely uses her magic, preferring to do things with her own hooves and wings as the Earth ponies and Pegasus ponies do. Her cutie mark is of two black bats flying before a blood moon, a mark she earned as a filly the first time she helped a friend out with their haunted house for Nightmare Night.
Background is a screen cap from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Season 2, episode 4, "Luna Eclipsed" -- one of my all time favorite episodes!
