It's not the day, it's the morning. I sleep next to a glass door, so in the morning I get this really painful glare from the dawn sun. I rarely wake up in a good mood with that stinging white light baring down on me.

As much as I hate it, I need to have that sun. I've tried being in darkness with an alarm clock, but I just fall right back asleep. I need the anger that I get from getting sun shined on my face to motivate me enough to get out of bed.

just had to chime in.. I really like it.. and I'm a confirmed night person with a day person's job... my alarm rings around 4:45am... which really is evil if I've just stayed up until 1am...
