Between Virt's release and the Paladins defeat, she became totally blind (she had a degenerative eye condition that costed Miley her eyesight) and got chewed out by William "Adolph" Pandie when she tried to hide her condition and he paid for her getting two bionic eyes.

After that, she trained with Hori Luckyfoot, former master of the occult and spell sword, and became a spell sword herself. After the Mage's Guild executed Hori for siding with the ninjas and refusing to work for them, Miley vowed to keep on the path Hori stood on and taken her last name in her master's memory.

She is Cub Ann's roommate.

She became a sell sword, a mercenary, to pay off back Adolph's money he spent for the surgery.
