finally finished this ych for IDGCaptainRussia94!

this one admittedly took a bittt longer to finish than usual, due to inconveniently timed Slow Brain Art Times, suddenly way more hours at work, etc., but I was able to sit down and tell myself to make progress the other day, and ended up finishing the whole thing ヽ༼ ຈل͜ຈ༽ ﾉ

and I got to try backlighting for once! :D

after these next few owed pieces I'll probs add to the available ychs again and then update it :3c
