A friend got me to try a method I dabbled with years ago & then forgot. It takes absolutely forever, but it does look nice in the end~

Sadly I couldn't get the whiskers to look good, so I just went with adapting the official aqua form into the cute merman~

I was so sad that the episode introducing the water form had a severe lack of mermaids from both the hero side and the villain of the week!
